Local and International Delivery Service

Local Delivery in Hong Kong

For orders with a total value of HKD $250 or more after discounts, local delivery service is free. For orders below HKD $250, a delivery fee of HKD $30 will apply (excluding international delivery, which is subject to individual quotations; refer to "International Delivery Service" for details).

If you select local delivery service, your products will be delivered by our staff or our appointed delivery service providers. Delivery personnel will endeavor to confirm the delivery schedule with you beforehand.

If the delivery location does not match the details on the delivery note, customers must pay additional charges, such as staircase fees. These charges may not be itemized on the delivery note and must be paid in cash to the delivery personnel upon receipt.

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete deliveries caused by accidents, traffic conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Delivery services will be suspended if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Orders affected will be rescheduled for delivery on another date.

If you need to modify your order details (e.g., delivery address, delivery time, or adding items), please notify us at least three working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) prior to the original delivery date and time.

Should we need to change the delivery date for any reason, we will notify you of the revised schedule as soon as possible. Please note that estimated delivery times are for reference only. We are not liable for any early or delayed deliveries, regardless of the reason or prior notification.

Once products are delivered to the specified address or picked up, all risks associated with the products transfer to you. However, ownership of the products remains with us until full payment is received.

Delivery services are not available for outlying islands except Tung Chung urban area. However, services to Discovery Bay, Park Island, Ma Wan, and outlying islands can be arranged through SF Express (freight payable on delivery).

Local delivery service does not include "tong lau" (walk-up buildings), buildings without elevators, or buildings where elevators do not reach all floors. Additional fees may apply for delivery to such locations.

Local delivery service excludes exchanges or returns. For details, refer to "Online Exchange and Return Policy."

Yue Hwa Chinese Products Emporium Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate the local delivery service without prior notice and retains the final decision on providing local delivery service.

Store Pickup

Please collect your order within 14 days after receiving the shipping notification from our automated email system. After 14 days, the order will be considered abandoned, and Yue Hwa Chinese Products Emporium Limited will handle the order at its discretion, with no refund of payment.

International Delivery

Shipping fees include transportation and packaging costs from Hong Kong to the destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Medications and health supplements can only be shipped via Hongkong Post.
• Powdered products cannot be shipped internationally.
• Liquid products cannot be air-shipped and can only be sent via surface mail. Leakage during transit is at the customer’s risk, with no return or refund.
• Glass or fragile items are not recommended for international shipping. Customers requesting such shipping do so at their own risk. While we will package items securely, damage during transit is at the customer’s risk, with no return or refund.

Based on stock availability, orders are typically shipped within 3-5 working days.

Once shipped, we will provide tracking numbers and links. For inquiries, please contact the delivery service provider directly.

If packages are returned to Hong Kong due to customs reasons, shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded, minus any additional return shipping charges incurred.
